X-BENCH can be used to replace the Workbench when you only want to load games with WHDLoad. You can use X-BENCH with all Amiga’s, OCS or AGA and with 68000 to 68060 CPU’s. Changes in this version: New design and effects for intro, menu and loading screen. Improved the system for showing large set of names. Added a start-up tab, Del key switch option and an Xbench start option. Many optimisations for the program and removed a few errors.

I tried correcting it after reviewing your comment, but I can’t seem to start up x-bench 0.82beta as it complains that it’s missing a data file.
Unfortunately there is no other debugging to tell which file is missing.

Have you try it on UAE or on a real Amiga ? It has been reported that if the .lha is extracted with uae something is going wrong and it fail :/
