In 1982 Williams unleashed what was to be and still is one of the most viscous, frantic and deadliest of arcade blasters. As a lone scientist, going by the name of Einstein, you have the responsibility of solving a crisis. The machines that were once created to help their creators have turned and are intent on wiping out the human race.
Armed with your trusty blaster you must destroy wave upon wave of a myriad of mechanical nightmares, ranging from automitons whose sole purpose is to track your every movement and cut you down, giant tank droids which are impervious to your fire power and must be avoided at all costs, tracker bots which fire pulses of electric charge intent on your demise and telepathic cyborgs, which use their mind control powers to turn the many human hostages to the side of the droids to wipe you out.Human hostages can be rescued, however when swarms of automated assassins hone in on your efforts this can be a deadly pursuit so be sure to make full use of the ‘dual joystick’ control method, the left stick gives you full 360 degree movement around each level and the right, your blaster, giving you directional fire to take out and stop the ghost in the machine!
With heart pounding sound and ferocious speed, this classic from Williams will have you left with nothing but adrenaline coursing through you’re veins and coming back to save the human race from the waves of robotic revolutionaries.
