I’ve copied my forum post on how to install the ZoomFloppy/OpenCBM drivers on Windows 8 to an article.
Hopefully this will help someone in case they run into the Windows 8 problems I had when I needed to install OpenCBM.

Release 5 fixes multiple bugs, and brings the game closer to the original. There are now five dwarves, as in the original, and you can’t just teleport out of tight spots. Of course, the game still rocks on 8-bit hardware.
