SpeccyWeb is a text-based web browser for the ZX Spectrum Next. It connects via the built-in WiFi module (ESP8266 over UART) to a PHP proxy server that fetches web pages and converts them into readable text. The result is displayed in an 80-column tilemap text mode.
⚠ Early prototype – work in progress. SpeccyWeb is currently in an early stage of development. The UI, layout and controls are temporary and will change. Features are being added gradually and the overall design will be refined over time.
