A horizontal score attack shoot ’em up based on the 8-bit classic by sunteam
As Halloween approaches, King Punglekin has decided to take control and has rallied the denizens of the night to his cause. Only The Hag can stop him by scaring them all into submission with her witch’s magic and defeating Punglekin.
Based on Palace Software’s classic 8-bit game Cauldron, “Cauldron – Scare Attack” is a single level score attack for Windows.
Try to beat your highest score! You can take unlimited hits, but each time you do, your score will decrease, so be careful.
Along the way you can collect crystal balls to power up your magic, and bonus items to push your scare score to the limit!
The game is based on Cauldron by Steve Brown, Tony Barber and Simon Dunstan, and Cauldron II by Steve Brown, Richard Leinfellner and Richard Joseph, both released by Palace Software.
