ACE 128 SinCore

AmigaAMP 3.5

Thomas Wenzel released an update of his music player for the Amiga. AmigaAMP is a GUI based MPEG audio. It can also play AIFF, WAV and FLAC files. Changes in this version: TuneNet Plugin support. Battery removal article

PGarcia made a very nice article on what to do when you get a new Amiga with a battery backed clock. Since batteries leak after many years, and the fluid is acid, the acid destroys the PCB and components. The article explains in nice detail how to desolder and cleanup.

Commodore 64 FM Radio

Listen to your favourite radio stations on your Commodore. Timo Voutilainen connected a RDA5807 FM Radio module to the user-port of the Commodore 64. The module uses only 6 connections: GND, +5V, DAT, CLK and 2 for the audio. Timo also has written a program that controls the FM Radio.
