Rally Cross is a new top down racer for the Amiga by Resistance, and was recently updated to version 1.0. The game ended up 5th place at Flash Party 2023.Download the game…

Motorhead – Commodore Amiga Review

There’s no doubt that Motorhead are legendary, with their influence felt across a broad spectrum of pop culture. The band’s fast, overdriven bass lines were only overtaken by their now sadly departed frontman’s even faster living, like being kicked out of Hawkwind for getting busted with the wrong drugs or getting lip service from an enthusiastic female fan on stage….

Top 10 Commodore Amiga Games – 1988

As Ronald Reagan’s tenure as American president was coming to an end in 1988, The Cold War was cooling, Pinochet was defeated and The Naked Gun unleashed its comic capers on cinemas. In terms of the Amiga, games were still yet to push the system as far as we know it could go but we still received a good amount…

Future Bike Simulator – C64 and Commodore Amiga Review

Back in the days when a few quid could net you a new game, budget titles in your local newsagents were a god send. In most cases, it came down to the battle of the box art as to which one to choose. Future Bike Simulator’s promise as “The Ultimate For Speed Freaks”, along with the art work showing a…

NY Warriors – Commodore Amiga Review

Synergistic Software’s 1990 SHMUP, NY Warriors, is set in 2005, or 2014 dependent on whether you read the US or European instruction manual. Terrorists known as the Church of the Third Coming, or the catchy C3C for short, have planted a nuclear device in the now ill-fated World Trade Centre.  As per most action genre titles, only one man, well…

Wendetta 2175 Commodore Amiga CD32 Review

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and if that’s the case, 1996’s Wendetta 2175 is the SHUMP equivalent of a decent cover band, it hits all the right notes, but you’ve seen it all before. However, being the bastard child of Team17’s Project X and Super Stardust is not necessarily a bad thing, especially when the small…

Graham Gooch World Class Cricket Commodore Amiga Review

If there’s one thing the English are good at is inventing a sport, spreading it around the globe and then promptly getting beat at it. Cricket is a prime example, although England’s recent fortunes at the stumps are a mix of great success or catastrophic failure.  Released in 1993, Audiogenic brought Graham Gooch World Class Cricket to the Commodore Amiga,…
