The BASIC interpreter is part of the firmware for the Chloe 280SE but can also be used with a 128K ZX Spectrum equipped with ULAplus (such as the SLAM+ replacement ULA or MB03+ external interface) and an esxDOS compatible storage interface (such as divIDE or divMMC).
