Dune 2 like Apollo Amiga game by paulthetall
I-Gunnar has been a hobby project based on the opensource code of the Dune 2 clone Arrakis. The game is a “Thank you” for all the work Gunnar (of https://www.apollo-computer.com/) did (and the rest of the team) for further developing the Amiga with updated hardware and developing the 68080 CPU. So I developed this game based on this specific character (Gunnar). This game makes totally use of the capabilities of the Apollo Hardware included the Arne DMA Sound.
Story:
The war has ended, the world has been under the yoke of the Shadow Government (Faction). The the people are divided in 3 factions: The Rebellion, the Ignorant and the Shadow Government. The Rebellion Faction who doesn’t want to be slaves and the Ignorant, who just want to live in peace in exchange of some of their liberties. And last, but not least, we have the Shadow government themselves, who only desire obedience and nothing less. Choose one, choose wisely.

This Demo is the pre-release of the full version which will be available on the Apollo Vampire Lair in August.
This game can only played on the the Apollo/Vampire systems like A6000, V4 Standalone, Apollo Vampire’s and other V4 expansion cards.
