Pac-Mania Ported to Amstrad (PCW)

Pac_ManiaHabi from CPCWiki Forums has ported Pac-Mania over to the Amstrad PCW. Pac-Mania is an arcade video game in the Pac-Man series, released by Namco in 1987 (and distributed by Atari Games in the United States and Europe). It runs on Namco System 1 hardware and was the last arcade title in the Pac-Man series until 1996. Pac-Mania is a pseudo-3D interpretation of the classic maze game genre using an isometric view and features many of the elements from the original 1980 Pac-Man Arcade game, as well as several new features. Habi’s version is Pac-Mania, ported from the Amstrad CPC (which in turn is ported from Spectrum). The game is a bit slow in both versions because it’s converting graphics in real time. So Habi made a frame skip selection menu at start, that way smoothness can be traded for speed. You can download the game from the link below. Have fun! :)

Emulators: CP/M Box, JOYCE
