To celebrate the return of Vintage is the New Old, our friend of the program and creator of the VITNO is Back logo, Daniel Henderson, has created a free Apple II game for the readers of the site. Oubliette 4 – Sir Edward Goes Forth is a puzzle game involving keys and gates and you must help Sir Edward get through each level of the game by retrieving the Golden Cup.
The game itself is set up to use the arrow keys and the space bar to control the actions as a default. However, all of these controls can be changed by the user to fit their own style of play.
The game currently has 12 levels of challenging puzzles that will make even the most ardent puzzler do a double take. We hope that you enjoy this game and it should run on any 64K Apple II series machine, Apple II clone or Apple II emulator. You can download the program from here:
