The X2024 demoparty, held at Someren, The Netherlands, once again proved to be a hotbed of creativity and technical wizardry. Amidst a sea of impressive entries, Fairlight’s “13:37” demo captivated all in attendance and secured the title of the best demo.
If you haven’t seen it yet, do yourself a favour and check it out. It’s a demo that deserves to be experienced firsthand.

Release 5 fixes multiple bugs, and brings the game closer to the original. There are now five dwarves, as in the original, and you can’t just teleport out of tight spots. Of course, the game still rocks on 8-bit hardware.
