Slovenia Radio station “Radio Študent” celebrated its 55th anniversary by broadcasting the screeching, beeping and whining of a ZX Spectrum game, just like the station did many years.
The nostalgic broadcast, which took place on Wednesday, 8th May 2024, featured two significant figures. Žiga Turk, the co-founder of the magazine Moj Mikro and a pioneer of the Internet in Slovenia, and Matevž Kmet, renowned for his creation of the cult Slovenian text adventure “Kontrabant” and its successor “Kontrabant 2“, the game that was broadcast.
