Jani made a tutorial about building a cartridge for the Commodore 128. The C128 cartridge functionality is different from that of the C64. According a post on The Commodore Computer Club – USA website, due to personal matters the club is going on a brief hiatus, during which there won’t be any regular meetings. I have found this blog by Ricardo Quesada, who had developed for the Commodore between late 80’s until 1993.
