Bob Bishop’s own, personal, APPLE II computer, serial number A2S1-0013 is available for auction on eBay.
Bob is the author of the famous program Apple-Vision, a program in hi-res graphics that drew a room with a TV, and after the picture was complete, the man on the screen danced to the song “Turkey In The Straw”.

Later on, in 1978, he started to work for Apple as employee #187 where he stayed until 1981. In recent years, he was very active on the Apple II community. One of his participations was as the keynote of Kansasfest 2011.
The computer available for auction came out of Bob’s estate, after his passing last year.
Bob specifically asked for #13 because the 13th is Donald Duck’s birthday (March 13, 1914, to be precise) because Bob’s first love was all things Disney.
The auction winner will get also a certificate signed by Bob’s brother attesting to the provenance of the machine.
