Pixcen is a new graphics tool for the PC. You can use it on a Windows computer to make graphics for the Commodore 64. The program is written by CRT (Censor Design), the graphics are made by cg (Censor Design) and HCL (Booze Design) helped with making of the program. David Horrocks released a new version of his Hoxs64 emulator. The latest changes are: Added emulation state file save, load and restore facility, Epyx Fastload cartridge and a screen border hide options.
